The Broad Jump is a fundamental exercise within this lineage, emphasizing horizontal power. · To develop explosive horizontal power, improve tendon stiffness, and refine controlled landing mechanics for enhanced athletic performance and resilience. · Perform 3-5 sets of 3-5 repetitions. Why it works

How to practice

  4. Landing (Eccentric Phase): Absorb the impact by landing softly with both feet simultaneously, allowing hips and knees to bend into a deep squat position. Ensure knees track over the midfoot.
