Kidney Shield Care · Founding plan

    Aggressive protein target. Protected filter.

A monthly plan for anyone running an aggressive protein target — fat-loss countdowns, muscle-building phases, GLP-1 muscle-protection blocks. Starts with a doctor consult and a bloodwork review, then Sabin coaches weekly across hydration, urinary pH, purine load and antioxidant defence so the kidneys keep pace with the demand. The Journal catches drift on day three, not month three.

Cream paper with a fine purple filtration column of parallel vertical lines on the left, a widely spaced dot-grid clearance rhythm on the right and a soft purple cloud in the lower center — restrained architectural marks evoking filtration and clearance
The plan = Doctor intake + Monthly. Both required. Labs billed separately.

    Step 1 · required

    Doctor consult + bloodwork review

60 min medical consult with the plan's doctor. Reviews your renal panel (uric acid, creatinine, eGFR) and any high-protein / peptide history. If labs aren't on file, the doctor issues the requisition — lab fees are billed directly by the lab and are not included in the €150.

    Step 2 · required

    Kidney Shield Care plan

Founding price. Locked while you stay subscribed.

Cancel monthly anytime. Add-on doctor consults €150+VAT, add-on Sabin 1:1s €110+VAT — only when needed.

    What's included every month

    Why the plan exists

Where high-protein phases stall the kidneys quietly

The filter doesn't send loud signals until it's already behind. Fluid drift, urine acidification and purine-dense meals stack silently across an 8-week countdown. Here's the pillar-level pattern most self-directed plans miss, and what changes when a coach is reading the labs alongside you.

    Week 1–2
    Self-directedProtein target set, kidney forgotten

New macro plan. Protein climbs. Fluid, pH, purine load and antioxidant defence unmeasured. The renal side of the plan doesn't exist yet.

    + Kidney Shield CareBaseline captured

All four pillars set from day one and matched to your existing labs. Sabin writes the specifics into your Journal.

    Week 3–6
    Self-directedFirst drift

Fluid slipping on busy days. Urine darker. Purine-dense sources creep in on 'high-protein' logic. Joint stiffness written off as training soreness.

+ Kidney Shield CareDrift caught early

Weekly check-in flags the drift across the affected pillars. Sabin tightens what needs tightening — quietly, in-Journal — and the signal clears the same week.

    Week 6–8
    Self-directedUric acid narrative

Blood test shows uric acid rising. Random 'detoxes' and improvised fasting stacked on top. Fluid gets worse, not better.

+ Kidney Shield CareLabs + protocol converge

Your clinician's follow-up labs get read alongside the Journal. Sabin adjusts across the pillars so hydration, pH and purine load land where they need to — from the pattern, not the vibe.

    Month 3+
    Self-directedGout flare or panel drift

Big-toe or ankle ache. eGFR trending down. Protein target abandoned entirely — the win goes with it.

+ Kidney Shield CareTarget held, filter protected

Uric acid and creatinine stay in range on periodic testing. Protein target survives the phase. The build keeps building.

    Month 6–12
    Self-directedCycle repeats next phase

Same pattern next time protein climbs. No architecture, no memory of what actually worked.

    + Kidney Shield CareHeld architecture

Protocol is now yours — coached less often, held longer. Second-cycle labs prove it. Off-ramp planned for maintenance protein.

Ranges reflect real-world outcomes in high-protein coaching. Individual results vary. All medical decisions (labs, prescriptions, dosages) stay with your clinician. Pre-existing kidney disease, gout, kidney stones or reduced eGFR require medical supervision before increasing protein intake.

    The math, out loud

Bought à la carte, these pieces add up to more than the plan. The Anchor protocol, full Daily Hacks library, and the Movement library (22 traditions) are folded in. Labs are ordered by your GP; Sabin reads them with you.

What actually happens in each consult

    Sabin 1:1 — 45 min (€110 + VAT)

Reads your protein target, fluid pattern, urinary pH, purine sources and recovery together. Writes the month's plan into your Journal across each pillar. Anything medical routes to your clinician — never decided in coaching.

    Weekly digital check-in

You send the week's pattern (Journal + any labs). Sabin sends back one adjustment — not ten. Logged in the Journal for continuity.

    How recommendations are handled

Every recommendation lands in your Journal as a dated note you can show any clinician. Red flags (rising uric acid, eGFR drift, gout signal, persistent joint pain) route to a clinician — coaching stays coaching.

    Common questions

Who is Kidney Shield Care actually for?

Anyone running an aggressive protein target — fat-loss countdowns, muscle-building blocks, GLP-1 muscle-protection phases, or long high-protein maintenance. It exists to make the target safe, not to lower it.

    Do I need existing labs?

Recommended, not required. If you have a recent renal panel, Sabin reads it into the plan. If not, the plan starts conservative and Sabin can suggest what to ask your clinician for.

    Is Sabin a doctor?

No. Sabin is a nervous-system coach with 10+ years' experience. Medical decisions (labs, prescriptions, dosages) stay with your own clinician. Kidney Shield Care is coaching — not medical care. Pre-existing kidney disease, gout, kidney stones or reduced eGFR require medical supervision before increasing protein intake.

    What does the Journal do?

It's the pattern layer above your labs and your day. It tracks drift across the four pillars (hydration, urinary pH, purine load, antioxidant defence) and flags early — day three, not month three. The specific protocol lives inside the app once you're subscribed.

    Can I cancel?

Yes — monthly plan, cancel anytime. Your founding price stays locked as long as the subscription runs.
