Abstract editorial illustration: a doorway opening from a dense lattice of measurement marks into an open sage and plum landscape, with a soft purple waveform passing through the threshold.

    Manifesto · 01

Quality of life over longevity is the goal.

A friend sent me a screenshot of his biological age. Reversed by four years. I asked how he was. He said tired. The screenshot did not say tired. This is the manifesto for everyone the screenshot has been failing.

    The five claims

    1. 01
Longevity is not a death-avoidance behaviour.

It is a self-search behaviour dressed in the language of medicine.

    2. 02
      Chronic optimization dulls interoception.

The more you optimize, the less you can feel — Khalsa et al., 2018.

    3. 03
The wellness industry borrowed the words.

Adaptation, regulation, polyvagal — language without the work underneath.

    4. 04
      We are healing from healing.

The culture named the exhaustion. Kokorology names the mechanism underneath it.

    5. 05
The doorway is regulation. The room is your life.

Subtraction before addition. Practice before product.

    What Kokorology actually does

Not the next protocol. Not a better dashboard. The autonomic foundation underneath everything else, sequenced.
