Protocols by Kokorology

Daily protocol tracking, nervous-system check-ins and your whole supplement stack. A practical bridge between advice and everyday life.

Previously Journal. Existing accounts and purchases stay unchanged.

    Daily protocol follow-through

Morning and evening check-ins place self-reported body signals beside Anchor tasks and routines. Context and completion, not diagnosis.

    The whole supplement stack

Upload and review labels, combine nutrients across products, inspect timing and reference-limit flags, and run a monthly review. Unknown forms stay explicitly incomplete.

    Sharing on your terms

Create and revoke a practitioner link to your supplement stack. Broader shared coach–doctor workspaces are planned; medical decisions stay with your clinician.

The extras on the label still count.

Vitamin C inside an iron tablet adds to the vitamin C in another supplement. Protocols combines the ingredients you review, flags overlapping amounts and timing, and keeps unknown vitamin forms explicitly incomplete.

Upload labels privately in your account, set a schedule, review your stack monthly and share a revocable link with your practitioner. Flags support a conversation; they do not prescribe a dose or guarantee optimisation.

Vitamin C in an iron product500 mg

    2100 mg combined vitamin C

Example iron label + Example vitamin C label together exceed the tolerable upper intake (above this, stomach upset and kidney-stone risk rise). Worth a conversation with your practitioner.

Adult reference used by the flag engine: 2,000 mg/day. The example excludes food, medicines and individual clinical needs. Review real doses with your practitioner.

    Evidence behind the need.

Supplement use is common. Overlap matters.

60.2% of US adults aged 20+ used a dietary supplement; 38.7% used two or more in the past 30 days.

    Follow-through can benefit from support.

Thom et al. reported a 1.08-day between-group improvement in self-reported medication-adherent days per week with primary-care health coaching.

2015, 12-month trial. Evidence for that coaching intervention, not evidence that Kokorology improves adherence.

GLP-1 care needs more than a weight readout.

The STEP-1 exploratory DXA substudy reported a 9.7% reduction in lean body mass in the semaglutide group at 68 weeks.

2021; 140 scanned participants. Lean body mass is not the same as skeletal muscle or strength. This does not establish that non-adherence caused the change.

Nutrition and movement belong beside clinical care.

A 2025 multi-society advisory describes nutrition, physical activity and individualised support during GLP-1 treatment.

Clinical guidance, not a trial of Protocols. Medication and treatment decisions remain with the prescriber.

Evidence reviewed 31 October 2026. These sources establish context, not clinical effectiveness of Protocols. The hypothesis that nervous-system-aware support improves follow-through still needs product-specific testing.

Wellness and health, without blurred boundaries.

Coaches help with practical follow-through within their qualifications. Clinicians make medical decisions. Nervous-system-aware routines are a support approach, not a guarantee of treatment effectiveness; supplement flags are prompts for review, not personalised safety clearance. A broader shared coach–doctor workspace is planned, not available today.
