Kokorology in chat: WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram
Get editions, articles and the daily trend report in chat — and log your whole journal by message. Baseline check-ins, protocols, food, movement, labs. No app, no login.
Your journal, in the app you already have open
Opening an app to log a rough night is one friction too many. Every prompt inside the Kokorology Journal can be answered in a message instead: the baseline check-in, morning and evening prompts, the weekly reflection, your Anchor protocol trackers, food (a photo of the plate counts), movement, supplements and lab values. Write it the way you talk — "slept 6h, rough night, ran 5k, eggs and toast" — and it lands in the same journal, on the same streak, editable in the app afterwards.
Three separate opt-ins
Content — new magazine editions, articles, product reviews and the 6pm daily trend report. Choose which of those you want, not a bundle.
The Journal in chat — free-text logging, or a guided version where the prompts arrive one at a time with tap-to-answer buttons. Half in the morning, finished on the train; sessions resume.
Reminders — a morning and an evening nudge at your own local time, plus a streak nudge only if you go quiet.
Check-ins without opening anything
Send CHECK-IN, or simply describe the state you're in, and the same scoring engine behind the site's signal read names your primary and supporting Anchors and hands you today's practice. Protocol check-ins work the same way: your Anchor's daily tracker comes to you and a plain-language reply is scored and written to the same log the app uses.
What it is not
No keyword mazes, no drip sequences, no third-party bot funnel. Messages are capped, reminders respect your timezone, and one word — STOP, PAUSE or LESS — changes everything.
Tonight's practice
Log one line before bed. Not a paragraph, one line: what held today and what didn't. Send it wherever you already are.
