Every Kokorology Care package is one monthly plan: a monthly 1:1 with Sabin, weekly digital check-ins, and the Kokorology Journal preloaded with the anchor-specific protocol. GLP-1 and taper packages add clinician intake and bi-monthly medical reviews. You keep your own doctor; we coach around them.

How it works
You book, complete the Journal onboarding, and land on a first 1:1 within seven days. Between sessions, weekly check-ins flag drift (sleep debt, HRV drop, protein floor missed, cortisol curve inverted) and route it to the next call. Cancel any time; keep the Journal.
