Yet, despite all this information, I see more people than ever feeling 'wired and tired,' stressed, and utterly disconnected from their own bodies. The problem isn't a lack of data; it's a fundamental misunderstanding of what that data means and, more importantly, what your body is trying to tell you.

The Load Map, Not the Metric

Take interoception, for instance. It's the technical term for your brain's internal monitoring system – the sense that tells you your heart is pounding, your stomach is churning, or your shoulders are creeping up to your ears. Wellness apps skip it, but as blog post (1) reminds us, it’s your building's foreman yelling about structural load. It's not another metric to log; it's the raw, unmediated feedback of your internal conditions.
